Delivery Scheduling

Scheduling your delivery

On the scheduled delivery day, between 7:00 and 8:30 am, we will call you to provide your three-hour delivery window. Our delivery personnel must make a logical route for the day, so time ranges cannot be arranged in advance. If you know that you will be unavailable for any portion of the day, we ask that you choose a different day.

Preparing for your delivery:

Make sure there is a clear path to the area the TV or furniture will go and that the area is clear. We offer services to move and/or take away old TVs for a charge. We do not move or take away old furniture.

TV Delivery Services

Drop Off Delivery

We will bring the TV into your room of choice. We MUST open, inspect, and test the TV at the time of delivery to ensure that the TV is in good condition. We can either leave the TV setup on its stand or put it back in the box for you.

TV Setup ($50)

We will connect your cable or satellite receiver, dvd/bluray, game systems, and program your remote to control the devices where possible. We will also setup your wifi and log you into your Samsung account. Please visit Samsung.com or download the SmartThings app to create a free Samsung account. Please also have wifi passwords, handy if you’d like us to complete this for you. Due to privacy reasons, our delivery teams will not sign into any apps. Feel free to call the showroom for any assistance activating Netflix, Prime, YouTube TV, etc. Hookup of audio components is additional.

Soundbar Setup ($25)

We will connect and setup your Samsung soundbar to operate with the TV.

Important Notice

TVs ARE EXTREMELY FRAGILE!

The Big Screen Store offers professional installation services for wall mounting and does not recommend that customers attempt this on their own, even if they have hung other TVs in the past. The Big Screen Store will not be responsible for damage to a TV after the product has been delivered.

Price & Payment

Do you guarantee the lowest price?

Yes. We guarantee the lowest price on every Samsung TV. If you find a lower advertised price at Costco or Amazon, we'll beat it. Pricing is best by phone or in the showroom — call or visit and we'll take care of you.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

No — we pay your state sales tax on every Samsung TV and soundbar. The discount is applied instantly at the time of purchase. There's no rebate to mail in and nothing to wait for.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. Financing is also available — see below.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my TV?

We work hard to match you to the right TV the first time. If it's not right, a TV can be exchanged one time within 15 days of purchase, subject to a $99 pickup/delivery fee. A TV can be returned within 15 days if it's in like-new condition with the original box, packaging, and all accessories; a 15% restocking fee and a $49 pickup fee apply. What if my TV arrives with a defect?

In the rare case of a defect found at the time of delivery, we replace the TV at no cost to you. For a manufacturer's defect within the first 30 days on local purchases and deliveries, we'll replace it at no cost. Physical damage after delivery isn't covered by warranty, which is why we recommend our professional installation.

Can I return furniture?

In-stock furniture can be exchanged for another item within 15 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee plus a $99 pickup/delivery fee, with the remaining balance applied to your new item. Furniture can't be returned once delivered, since it can no longer be sold as new. Special-order items can't be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. See full policy →

What about soundbars?

Every Samsung soundbar comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Keep the box, packaging, and accessories, and if you're not 100% satisfied, return it to our store for a full refund.

Can you ship to me if I'm not local?

We deliver locally within 15 miles of any showroom (and up to 120 miles for additional fees). Outside our local area, we can ship to anywhere in the continental U.S. via common carrier — call, email, or chat and we'll confirm what's possible for your address.
