Scheduling your delivery
On the scheduled delivery day, between 7:00 and 8:30 am, we will call you to provide your three-hour delivery window. Our delivery personnel must make a logical route for the day, so time ranges cannot be arranged in advance. If you know that you will be unavailable for any portion of the day, we ask that you choose a different day.
Preparing for your delivery:
Make sure there is a clear path to the area the TV or furniture will go and that the area is clear. We offer services to move and/or take away old TVs for a charge. We do not move or take away old furniture.
TV Delivery Services
Drop Off Delivery
We will bring the TV into your room of choice. We MUST open, inspect, and test the TV at the time of delivery to ensure that the TV is in good condition. We can either leave the TV setup on its stand or put it back in the box for you.
TV Setup ($50)
We will connect your cable or satellite receiver, dvd/bluray, game systems, and program your remote to control the devices where possible. We will also setup your wifi and log you into your Samsung account. Please visit Samsung.com or download the SmartThings app to create a free Samsung account. Please also have wifi passwords, handy if you’d like us to complete this for you. Due to privacy reasons, our delivery teams will not sign into any apps. Feel free to call the showroom for any assistance activating Netflix, Prime, YouTube TV, etc. Hookup of audio components is additional.
Sounbar Setup ($25)
We will connect and setup your Samsung soundbar to operate with the TV.
Important Notice
TVs ARE EXTREMELY FRAGILE!
The Big Screen Store offers professional installation services for wall mounting and does not recommend that customers attempt this on their own, even if they have hung other TVs in the past. The Big Screen Store will not be responsible for damage to a TV after the product has been delivered.
