The Big Screen Store may send you text messages related to your purchase, delivery, or service experience.

Opt-in workflow

  1. A customer visits a The Big Screen Store showroom and provides their mobile phone number to a salesperson as the primary contact for their order.
  2. Before the number is recorded, the salesperson reads the following consent disclosure: "By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages (e.g., order updates, delivery notifications, and service feedback requests) from The Big Screen Store at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel."
  3. The customer verbally confirms consent and the number is recorded in the customer's account in our point-of-sale system.
  4. No SMS messages are sent until after consent has been collected and the transaction has been initiated.

What you'll receive

Text messages may include order updates, delivery notifications, and requests for feedback about your in-store experience. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
