Manufacturer’s Warranty Coverage

The Big Screen Store is an authorized Samsung retailer.
All Samsung products purchased from The Big Screen Store include the full original manufacturer’s warranty provided by Samsung.

This means your product is:

  • Brand new and factory authorized

  • Eligible for Samsung manufacturer service and support

  • Covered under Samsung’s official warranty terms and conditions

For specific warranty coverage details (length of coverage, parts, labor, panel coverage, etc.), please refer to Samsung’s documentation included with your product or visit Samsung’s official website.


Important Update Regarding Prior “Double Warranty” Promotions

Effective February 24, 2026, The Big Screen Store no longer provides a complimentary second year of warranty or “double warranty” coverage.

Any references to:

  • “Free Double Warranty”

  • “Free 2nd Year Warranty”

  • “We Double the Manufacturer Warranty”

  • Or similar promotional language

found in older blog posts, promotional materials, or archived content are no longer valid and will not be honored for purchases made on or after February 24, 2026.

We periodically update our promotions and policies, and we appreciate your understanding.


Extended Warranty Options

For customers seeking additional protection beyond the manufacturer’s warranty, The Big Screen Store offers extended warranty plans through Consumer Priority Service (CPS) for an additional fee.

CPS extended protection plans may include:

  • Extended coverage beyond the manufacturer’s warranty period

  • Coverage for mechanical and electrical failures

  • In-home service on qualifying products

  • Simple claims process
