TV Wall Mounting & Home Theater Installation | MD, VA & DC
Buying the TV is the easy part. Getting it mounted right — level, secure, cables hidden, sitting at the right height for your room — is where most people get stuck. That's where we come in.
We handle the full range of home theater installation, from a single TV on a wall to a complete setup with a projector, screen, and in-wall speakers. But if we're being honest, about 99.9% of what we install is TVs — usually with a soundbar — and we've done it enough times to get it right the first time, no matter what's behind the wall.
TV Wall Mounting — Including the Hard Ones
Standard drywall mounting is quick and affordable. But we also handle the mounting jobs that make most installers nervous:
- Over a fireplace — the single most common "can you even do this?" question we get. Yes, including running cables down through the wall so nothing hangs in view. See our full fireplace mounting guide for the details on heat clearance, brackets, and wire routing.
- Brick and masonry — requires different hardware and technique than drywall. We bring the right tools for the job.
- Concrete and block walls — common in basements and some newer construction.
- Cable concealment — in-wall cable routing so you get a clean look with no visible wires, even on tricky wall types.
If you've been told "we can't mount that" by someone else, ask us before you give up on the idea.
Soundbar Installation
Most TV mounts we do these days come with a soundbar install at the same time. We mount it cleanly below or in front of the TV, route the cables together with the TV's, and make sure everything is paired and working before we leave — not just physically attached.
Full Home Theater Installation
For customers building out a dedicated theater room or a more serious living room setup, we install:
- Projectors and drop-down or fixed projection screens
- In-wall and in-ceiling speakers
- Full surround sound systems
- Multi-room audio and video
These are less common than a TV-and-soundbar job, but it's work we do regularly and are equipped to handle from planning through final calibration.
Why Have Us Install It Instead of a Handyman or a Big-Box Installer
Anyone with a drill can hang a TV on drywall. The difference shows up on the jobs that aren't standard — the fireplace mount, the brick wall, the room where the studs aren't where you'd expect. We do this every day, on every wall type this area has to offer, and we stand behind the work.
We're also the people who sold you the TV, or would be glad to. If something needs adjusting after the fact, you're calling the same local team, not a national scheduling line.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you mount a TV over a fireplace?
Yes — this is one of the most common installations we do, including hiding the cable run so nothing is visible.
Can you mount on brick or masonry?
Yes. Brick and masonry require different anchoring than drywall, and it's something we handle regularly.
Do you install soundbars too?
Yes — most TV installations we do include a soundbar mount at the same time.
Do you do full home theater installs — projectors, in-wall speakers, screens?
Yes. It's a smaller share of our installation work than TV mounting, but it's something we install and support regularly.
