How the Black Friday Price Guarantee works
Buy any time from now through Cyber Monday, November 30, 2026. If, on or before November 30, 2026, The Big Screen Store lowers its price on the item you bought, or the same item goes on sale for less at a qualifying local, stocking competitor (Best Buy, Amazon or Costco), show us and we'll refund you the difference.
When you visit one of our showrooms, we'll take you online and show you our competitors' prices. If you can find the same item for less, we'll match the price and give you our customer service, technical support and expert advice at no additional charge.
At the time of purchase, we will match the current pre-tax price for new, identical, immediately available products from a local retail competitor's store, including Best Buy, Amazon and Costco.
We ask that you be fair to us in calculating the value of all the benefits we provide to you, as we always go out of our way to delight you with our service and prices.
How to claim
- Find the lower price (ours or a qualifying competitor's) on or before November 30, 2026.
- Call or visit the showroom you bought from, or find a showroom, with your receipt and the lower price.
- We verify it and refund the difference.
The Guarantee does not apply to: the online prices of unauthorized dealers and retailers not listed, the online prices of third party vendors (Marketplace vendors) on designated major online retailers' websites, offers that include financing, gift card offers, bundling of items, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, competitor's service prices, items that are advertised as limited-quantity, out of stock, open-box, clearance, refurbished/used items, special hour sale event items, and credit card offers. Purchases must be made by November 30, 2026.
